Prop Check is located on the second floor immediately adjacent to the Registration desk. All props must be tagged before entering the Exhibit Hall or Panel rooms.

What is "Con Crud" and how do I avoid it?
“Con Crud” is a nickname for the cold or flu attendees often catch at large events. To stay healthy: wash your hands frequently, use hand sanitizer and try to get a good night’s sleep between con days.
Locate the nearest Arise Con Staff member (identifiable by their “STAFF” Badges) or go directly to the Information Desk. Your safety is our top priority.
How do I find the schedule?
You can find the full digital schedule on our website, on a QR code on the back of your badge/wristband, or you may find a physical program guide at the Information desk.
Generally, yes! However, some guests may request “no- photo” periods during specific stories or Q&A sessions. Please respect the requests of our guests and moderators.
Most guests will be located in the “Autograph Alley” section of the Exhibit Hall. Guests may charge a fee for autographs or selfies. Check the official Arise Con schedule for specific signing times across both days.
Generally, no. However, for high-demand “Main Events,” like the Cosplay Contest, staff may clear the room to ensure safety and fairness. These will be clearly marked on the schedule.
